I love this bag!

I love this bag! I recently learned to crochet and wanted to take my projects to work so I could relax and crochet during my lunch break. I saw a larger version of this bag in one of the beginner crochet videos I was watching. But I wanted something smaller and more portable. This is the wallet size that is perfect for me. A pocket opens and holds the hooks on separate elastic straps. The hooks remain very organized. The back pocket opens and I stow my darning needles, stitch markers, scissors (small foldable ones) and measuring tape. The large middle compartment is for yarn. I really like eyelets for yarn pulling, but so far I've found it only works well with medium draw yarns. or a ball of yarn that can roll around in a bag you pull. But of course, my favorite yarn I stumbled across doesn't have a center pull, and the yarn is tight because it doesn't dangle there. So I have to take the yarn out of the bag (except when I'm at work I keep it there and just throw the bundle away). So I didn't enjoy eyelets as much as I would like. I have a yarn that worked really well with eyelets and I love it! A lot of people point out that once you start using grommets, you won't be able to put a project back in your bag if you use grommets. I do. I just throw the piece in and then only partially zip up to leave room for the thread. Many at work have seen this. I crochet at lunch and get a lot of compliments on my bag. And a few inquiries as to where to buy it. ☺️ But of course my favorite yarn I stumbled across doesn't have a center pull and the yarn is pulled taut because it doesn't dangle there.
