Stainless steel nails are essential for exterior work and treated wood.

Fist Bosdtitch N88 (magnum n80) N80 nailer. Use stainless steel nails on exterior doors and treated wood. Thin enough to go through most boards without splitting. These nails are not as large in diameter as regular nails. Good stuff may cost a little more, but it's worth it.
