I saw 1 that isn't locked, it was a space, but I can't find it now when I try to view an image. Dodge also makes a block they call the Dust Cap. Felt and goes deeper into the filler neck and stops any dust with the help of felt. For $75 I come with a fuel cap that's so expensive you don't have to worry about someone opening the door and pumping out the fuel. They say you can't do this anymore, but I'm sure someone found a way to steal your fuel that's safer than sad.
