Pros: Holds enough water for a day. And it fits in my mini fridge. It hasn't expired either. And it has inspirational words printed on it. Cons (bad): Very little water can be sucked through the straw as your suck competes with the bottle. Therefore, you need to add air to every tablespoon of water you drink. I just take the lid off and drink to avoid all this nonsense. In addition, it is not insulated, so it quickly reaches room temperature; unless you put it back in the fridge or cooler. I travel a lot so I'm soaking it up...literally.
