The facial skin's condition deteriorated after a few weeks of use. I'm assuming lactose is involved, but I can't take the stuff. If you have good lactose tolerance and can eat a lot of carbohydrates, then I think you'll be alright. I, personally, have begun using a QNT isolation. including all the benefits it offers. The flavor is delicious, somewhat like Turkish delight. Protein, BCAAs, zinc, and magnesium are all included in this composition, albeit in minute amounts, therefore no further supplementation is required. Consequences with. The composition is too heavy, thus the servings are enormous. Dissolves poorly. Creates a dense foam.
