The ease at which you can create tender templates as well have them assigned directly from our Bids board into each project area/tasks has been great! Also very easy reporting functions are included such it's no longer necessary (for example) using Excel or Powerpoint reports manually then having other staff update this information within these programs - just one click away now!! And we use an intranet application so being able to access everything through there also eases things even more when creating new projects etc.,.
