Update 05/28/2019 A year has passed since I bought this pan and I have thrown it away. I reseasoned the pan hoping it would bring the nonstick properties back but to no avail. It was the worst pan in my office because it got stuck while cooking. I am extremely disappointed. --------------- At first I was enthusiastic about this pan. It's light, which I found to be a plus, although the grip is very flimsy and uncomfortable. I immediately seasoned the pan as directed and for the first month the pan was great and non-stick throughout. After the first month I started having a little stickiness and it got worse. I seasoned the pan a second time which resulted in good nonstick properties which I liked. Now, 11 months later, the underbody is showing signs of wear and the copper trim is starting to peel off. The food sticks all the time. I'll season it again in hopes of getting more out of this pan, but the lifespan is definitely disappointing.
