The glass lid is broken: Cookware

Saucepan with lid Purchased less than 01 months ago. The pan is very good, doesn't stick to food and so far I haven't had any problems. Turns out the lid just cracked while I was reheating the food. I'm awaiting repair from the manufacturer on another cover and an explanation of what happened. I lost all my food and the kitchen was full of broken glass.

Pros
  • Not fit for purpose only
Cons
  • Only available in black

Season the pan before use

This is the third copper pan that I have ordered. The latter had "seasoning instructions" before use. Rub a skillet with canola oil and place in the 350 oven for 20-30 minutes. and then let it cool down. Found olive oil didn't work for some reason. Things tend to stick more. There were no problems with raps. The first pan was not 'seamed' and did not retain the non-stick coating's function and the pan discolored over time.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Damaged

Truly non-stick, even on high heat

If you haven't tried these copper pan replacement non-stick pans, you're definitely missing out. After the breading has been seasoned with a little oil and baked in the oven, you're ready to go. This works fairly well but is somewhat limited by the heat output of my electric range. But that's not the pan's fault. What I like is that it really doesn't stick and the coating doesn't burn or even discolour at high temperatures.

Did "pre-treatment " as I said

Did "pre-treatment" as I said. The egg is stuck. From the second"preprocessing". The pan is still a mess from the scrambled eggs. It takes a little elbow grease to clean the pan. Use of dishwashing liquid and sponge. Nothing spicy. Pan comes out like new. Everything is bright and shiny. But half of the eggs stay in the pan after cooking. A quirk we shouldn't have tried! Since we no longer have the original packaging, it is too difficult to return. Put it up for our flea market. An unsuspecting…

Learning how to use this non-stick copper pan

After reading the instructions, I learned that this non-stick copper pan first needs to be seasoned by washing it in warm water with a little dish soap. , and dry it, then use some vegetable oil and spread it in the pan with a paper towel. You should preheat the oven to 300 degrees and place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes, being careful using oven mitts when grabbing the handle to remove it from the oven after ten minutes. It must be refrigerated before use. I thought all nonstick copper…

Great nonstick pan!

I had to replace my old frying pans with new ones when I came across this brand. I wasn't sure what I would get but I was very pleasantly surprised. I have now decided to replace the entire storage set - pans, lids, baking trays, wok etc. - with this brand. It's super non-stick, looks very chic, totally unique, beautiful color and lightweight. The handle is metal so you can put it in the oven. It heats up very quickly. I have size 12 and 8 pans. Nothing I cook sticks no matter how hot the pan…

Durable beautiful wok that doesn't need any special care!

I love the wok so much I came back to buy another one for my mum but I'm surprised to see so many bad reviews. I've had my wok for a year and 7 months and I love it. I cook almost every day and I'm too lazy so I throw this in the dishwasher (sorry I know I shouldn't)! But after all this time and my bullying it's still not tacky and nice. I mean it leaves some marks when cooking but they are very easy to remove if I just use a soft sponge under hot running water with no soap. Then I throw it in…

Best wok ever! on Griddles

I rarely write reviews anytime soon but I LOVE roasts so we eat it several times a week. I've had many woks, ranging from cheap to expensive, and this one is by far the best. I compared 6 woks on Revain before settling on this one. Ultimately, my decision was made based on the fact that this lid came with a cheaper lid than the one I had in my last 2. I use oil when frying, mainly because I usually flour the meat beforehand. I deep fry so it needs oil to give it a crispy outside. I'm not the…

Disappointed with the quality and durability

Update 05/28/2019 A year has passed since I bought this pan and I have thrown it away. I reseasoned the pan hoping it would bring the nonstick properties back but to no avail. It was the worst pan in my office because it got stuck while cooking. I am extremely disappointed. --------------- At first I was enthusiastic about this pan. It's light, which I found to be a plus, although the grip is very flimsy and uncomfortable. I immediately seasoned the pan as directed and for the first month the…
