Best wok ever! on Griddles

I rarely write reviews anytime soon but I LOVE roasts so we eat it several times a week. I've had many woks, ranging from cheap to expensive, and this one is by far the best. I compared 6 woks on Revain before settling on this one. Ultimately, my decision was made based on the fact that this lid came with a cheaper lid than the one I had in my last 2. I use oil when frying, mainly because I usually flour the meat beforehand. I deep fry so it needs oil to give it a crispy outside. I'm not the type to measure when cooking, but I measured the oil the last time I used it, so I might add that to the review. Literally less than 2 tablespoons. This applies to 2 kg of meat. I had no sticking or burning and was able to truly hand fry without using pan frying tools. I usually do a little frying over medium heat and this pan does it amazing! I recommend this wok to everyone!
