After reading the instructions, I learned that this non-stick copper pan first needs to be seasoned by washing it in warm water with a little dish soap. , and dry it, then use some vegetable oil and spread it in the pan with a paper towel. You should preheat the oven to 300 degrees and place the pan in the oven for 10 minutes, being careful using oven mitts when grabbing the handle to remove it from the oven after ten minutes. It must be refrigerated before use. I thought all nonstick copper pans came ready to use. So when deciding which non-stick copper pan to buy, be sure to read the instructions.
