Did "pre-treatment" as I said. The egg is stuck. From the second"preprocessing". The pan is still a mess from the scrambled eggs. It takes a little elbow grease to clean the pan. Use of dishwashing liquid and sponge. Nothing spicy. Pan comes out like new. Everything is bright and shiny. But half of the eggs stay in the pan after cooking. A quirk we shouldn't have tried! Since we no longer have the original packaging, it is too difficult to return. Put it up for our flea market. An unsuspecting person who may know the secret of using a frying pan will likely buy it. Otherwise, goodwill.
