No, it does not even remove small scratches and abrasions. After watching a few videos discussing replacing grinding heads that are not included in this set. This set has felt pads that are mainly used for polishing. I spent more than enough time on the pad, which seemed to have the roughest surface, and there was absolutely no improvement. All 3 pads are tactile, that would make sense. Due to the false advertising, I would not even buy this polishing item.
