wasted $ office supplies

Although I knew it was a used product I expected it to work but the glass is broken, the scanner cannot be calibrated, it is covered in paint (no big deal , if it works ) tried to scan the screen at maximum speed about 15 times and kept getting distorted/cropped images. It could be a great product but I need to find out when and if I can get a new one.
