I received this product and I like it very much. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I took it to a family gathering and it was perfect for scanning old photos. I love it because it's portable and the picture quality is pretty good.

One of these was given to the office. At first I didn't think I would use it, but after a few months I bought it for my wife too! It's particularly useful for scanning photos and documents, and its clarity is unmatched by even my high-performance printer scanner. Highly recommended.

Although I knew it was a used product I expected it to work but the glass is broken, the scanner cannot be calibrated, it is covered in paint (no big deal , if it works ) tried to scan the screen at maximum speed about 15 times and kept getting distorted/cropped images. It could be a great product but I need to find out when and if I can get a new one.

I haven't used it much since I just got it for Christmas but so far it seems to be just what I wanted. I can't wait to use it more. The only thing is that the program intended to be used on the computer doesn't seem to work, which has nothing to do with how the scanner works. I'm still glad I have it and will be using it to try and make a family cookbook

Bought for my mom for Christmas. She gets a lot of value from scanning prescriptions into her computer. I bought a larger microSD card to fit more, otherwise it's a great little scanner. I wish it had come with a holdall for better storage but oh well. It is recommended to calibrate regularly using the white instruction sheet.
