Saw's was recommended for urinalysis and saw 2 good reviews. It works fine but what I got was the gauge ring was almost stuck, it takes a lot of force to even move it and yes the locking screw is all the way out. Other than that it works fine, probably one of the cheaper ones will be just as good and this one is made in China like the cheaper ones. If you buy this check the gauge ring right away to make sure it moves smoothly, mine is tight and Revain will replace it, hope the replacement works.
