I bought this chisel and rock drill primarily for the same project. Removing concrete around our pool railing anchor. I had to replace the anchor, which involved removing the concrete and old anchor, installing a new anchor, and patching the concrete. After trying the old-fashioned way with small sledgehammers and a chisel, I quickly found that "more force" was needed. What can you say about the chisel other than it works? It does exactly what it's supposed to do and makes my job incredibly easy. I'm impressed with the punch and all the accessories I've tried. I have no hesitation in recommending any of these tools.
