I expected a lot more from this company. Rejuvenate makes great floor cleaners, so I figured this device would be just as good. Unfortunately it isn't. It's very flimsy, the pieces didn't fit together properly, and I was never able to get the attachment to work. After 30 minutes of trying, I had more cleaner on my hands and forearms than on the floor. Rather than just return it I wanted the company to know how disappointed I was as it didn't live up to their reputation. Her response was also less than I expected because she didn't address my complaint at all.
