I was originally looking to buy a cast iron steak pan when I saw this full pan. I was intrigued by its potential versatility, so I decided to give it a try. So far I have used it to cook steaks, burgers, sausages, eggs etc and everything has been delicious. For the steak, I was able to heat the pan much hotter than is possible with a regular skillet, which helped produce a very nice brown with perfect grill marks. In fact, I cook with it even more than I expected as it makes it a lot easier for me than pulling out, using and monitoring multiple pots, let alone having to clean them all. I'm wary of the cleaning process as I know how easily cast iron can rust but hopefully this won't happen and I can use it for years to come. All in all I am happy with the purchase so far and would recommend it.
