Great alternative to live bugs.
I took my daughter's kite with me on vacation. While we were lugging around his basket of dubia roaches, I wanted to find an alternative in case my roach colony died or was lost in some way. We made a batch of this material. He stared at it for a few seconds and then encountered a green slime. Then he was quickly finished. He really seemed to enjoy it. After that the stool was normal. I don't know if I would feed this exclusively, but it's a great food that provides balanced nutrition and variety. It will also serve very well as emergency food if your live bugs don't arrive or your colony dies.
