Review on sanag by Jason Pruett

I recently bought a portable speaker from Sanag, and I was unhappy with the whole transaction. The product itself was of poor quality, had a short battery life, and had muffled sound. When I contacted them with my issues, the customer support staff was also unresponsive and unhelpful. Sanag is known for their expertise in electronics and portable audio, so I had high expectations for their goods. However, I was disappointed and irritated by their speaker's performance. My favorite songs and podcasts were difficult to appreciate due to the low sound quality, and the limited battery life meant I was always connected to a power source. Additionally, Sanag's customer service team's lack of assistance was the final straw. As their products and customer service fall short of the standards I would expect from a respected electronics brand, I would not advise buying from this company.
