Update: GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! At first I gave it 1 star but they contacted me despite the fact that the return period had already passed and gave me a full refund. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because while I wouldn't use it for industrial applications, it can work well for some non-essential jobs. CONTROL SPEED, PRESSURE and HOLD METAL WITH COOLANT (even with WD40 spray if you don't have coolant). First message: I am a manufacturer by profession and I drill thousands of holes a year. I know the right speed. , pressure, fluids and materials used. This bit dulled in the first 2 holes on cold rolled steel when using fluid at low speed, low pressure and rapid tap. I haven't even tried stainless steel (which was the original intention and in this case a harder metal). The listing states that it is designed for drilling holes in stainless steel. I MAY HAVE THE BAD PART BUT WE WILL CHECK YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
