Nothing particularly hard about these
I don't know why they are called "heavy". I used one for the white potato dish, another for the sliced ham dish, and another for the sweet potato dish. I had to use two pans per plate to keep them from collapsing and sloshing when lifted. Looks like poor quality aftermarket film.
