A toy, not a tool: omelette pans

Here you get what you pay for. Good value for money, but not an everyday tool. I love making Japanese omelettes and this makes a good omelet. It's too small to cook for a family of four or a dinner party, but it's great for the money. Long-term use confirms that the heated grip issue is real; I am an avid cook and have burned myself several times on this handle, once badly. With prolonged everyday use, the center of the pan has become convex, it is simply not suitable for everyday use. I will buy it again, but won't make the mistake of using it for anything other than Japanese omelettes.
