This is a very strong and well made cable. I use this cable to lock my items onto my 4runner's roof rack so no one can steal those items from there. I love the outer finish of this cable, it's made out of some kind of soft synthetic plastic that won't scratch the paintwork. The metal cable inside is very strong and hasn't shown any weakness yet. I keep it outside in inclement weather and constantly exposed to harsh conditions like sub-zero temperatures or a very scorching sun that loves to bake. I strapped it to high tension and it hasn't snapped yet, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good security cable.
