Well made and versatile. I recently bought a new Char-Broil grill and its design left the back open (it only has a bottom back panel). After the possum discovered that it could climb in there and feast on the fat trap, I had to do something to stop it. The grease drip tray is accessible from the rear, so permanently installing a rear cover plate is not practical. I used these latches to secure the top panel so it could be folded down (to access the grease pan) or removed quickly and easily. I had to use some mounting bolts and nuts instead of the supplied bolts (which are for wood) but the latches were easy to install and worked really well.
