Great Filament: 3D Printing Filament

Well, I wasn't impressed at first. My prints came out horrible. and it turned out to be my fault. This is an extremely touchy thread and 100% requires that you 1) set up your machine ALL ways and 2) know what you are doing with your slicer settings. It takes a lot of effort to set up, but once it arrives it's flawless. It looks like the color you have has a huge impact on your final quality and that's the only disappointing thing about this thread. For example, when I printed with Coral Red, it was sticky and cobwebby no matter what I did. I ordered the blue on my second order and it was flawless on the same settings as the red. Filament is surprisingly hygroscopic, so plan for that. In a single wet day, my thread turned into a bursting mess. Red also appears to be more hygroscopic than blue. My prints are too big for the evaporation system, so I use a spray bottle and apply alcohol in short bursts. I've had success using this method with 90-100% alcohol.
