Review on 🔩 LMT Onsrud 63-606 Uncoated Drill Bit by Sean Spence

In my opinion the best router bits on the market for CNC routers. I have parts for a PRO4824 CNC router and the transition from cheap $4 single flute end mills to these end mills was amazing! My CNC has done things I didn't know it could do. The previous cutters I have used were 20-30 ipm, shallow depth of cut, but these cutters require speed and material to move even on homebuilt machines. Now I'm cutting aluminum sheet at over 75 ipm with these 63-606 cutters, which is pretty fast for my machine, and I'm at around 0.040 DOC. Although the price is high, they make up for it with shorter cycle times and I truly believe they are worth every penny.
