All problems are solved and this product works 100%.

I've spent a lot of time troubleshooting and reading blogs. These are great products, I did NOT want to discourage users from using this product. Flash memory chips seem to require a little more power. So instead of 3.3VDC use 3.6VDC. That's all! Easy! Easy! BUT 3.3V DC can be used in operation. currently. To be honest this is NOT marketed as more than a modem chip. from them again. They were great to work with and they will contact you to resolve any issues that may arise. I was able to upgrade the flash memory 4 times.
