We have been using Net Eddick since it became one product with Solr from Red Hat for nearly 8 years now! It's very solid solution that has made our life easier by providing us everything we need without having additional software installed or running servers ourselves :) I would say what works best are : 1). Easy deployment 2) Ability easily setup web interface (or API if needed), 3.) The fact user can select their own folder/folder structure instead predefined default ones 4.). Nice reporting system allowing you not worry about missing any results 5.), Reporting functionality 6,) Support via forum 7., Documentation available at GitHub so no issues there! There shouldn't be anymore because all new updates were released almost monthly over last year in my opinion this was good thing as long as they kept up supporting older releases when things change sometimes ;) If someone want enterprise level file search capability - check out FileBin but make sure support will stand behind your project once implemented otherwise might turn into headache later down time period! Before starting searching files across network share users used to spend many hours scanning those folders just hoping something useful came back by chance only few percent hit lucky finding anything important among thousands documents even after reading metadata etc. Nowdays days thanks to The ability to search for and retrieve any employee record, including resumes, performance reviews, and other employee documents. It is very intuitive to use and the search results are easy to read. The UI is not as user friendly as it could be. It is a powerful tool, but sometimes it is not easy to use. If you are looking for a solution for a large organization, it is worth the time and effort to learn how to use it. We are solving a problem of record keeping for a large organization.
