Fantastic system for managing Knowledgebase articles

The interface is very simple, easy to use in comparison to other products I've used before. A couple of questions were answered incorrectly during my trial period but this was quickly rectified by customer support within minutes! Customer service from start to finish has been nothing short of amazing - they are always open to feedback/suggestions so it's impossible not be pleased here. No complaints at all really - great product that does exactly as advertised without any issues. Centralising

Best CRM available and highly recommended to anyone who needs CRM

The platform allows me access my data from anywhere in any device which really helps when I am traveling! It also has an app that makes it easier than ever before as well!! Nothing at this moment but everything looks great so far. Try using their free trial version first if possible because they do have some limitations during its use like how many people are allowed inside one team etc., however all of those issues will be resolved once we start working together after our contract expires :)

Excellent project management tool for teams

I love how quickly everything from our brainstorming session through design development & feedback gathering all fit into 1 platform! It's not too complicated once u get used >; also makes sense in terms of organization when reviewing previous tasks compared back then as well :). Nothing at this moment but wish they let us use more formats other than pdf (which are limited) instead using jpg only which doesnt match size perfectly and resolution quality so that we cant be sure if it has been…

Superb solution for managing online polls & feedbacks

I have found it simple in creating surveys and also easy access of all my data within one platform! No need anymore having multiple devices/apps open while reviewing survey results!! It would be great if they will add more questions from different topics so that our clients could get even deeper insight into their target audience's opinions as well likes etc.. Have we seen any improvement since launch?? Yes definitely. The customer support has been fantastic too. ! If there are no issues…

Very quick and user friendly interface; can't imagine running without now

It's easy to create surveys that are relevant to our business needs - it saves so much work having all of this information in one place! The only thing I dislike at present is how long some responses take (around 3 minutes). However, we have no way around this as we would lose too many users if survey times were reduced significantly.
