I decided to buy this mouthguard after reading that it really helped someone sleep. When it arrived it was really big, I was really surprised and thought I made a mistake when I realized I couldn't put it all in my mouth. I started reading the instructions. I cut it a little according to the instructions and then boiled the water, put the guard in it and shaped the guard. It worked great! Now I can sleep with him as I also have an overbite and he pulled my lower jaw out a bit which allowed me to breathe easier in my sleep and cured my sleep apnea!
