I love the look and feel of these cups. I don't mind that they feel delicate. They look expensive and if you handle them like you would china cups, then there shouldn't be problems. When I got my set of 4 cups, one of them had a small crack on the inside. So I took a picture of it and sent an email to Nick at the Kitchables company. I received a quick response from Nick and he wanted to make it right. I received a replacement within the week. Now that is CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The cups are delivered in a very nice box that have molded areas for the cups, so they are well packed. There is a personal note in the box from the owner Nick stating that they want customers to be 100% satisfied. I couldn't be more happy. I love the way my cappuccinos look and stay hot in these beautiful cups.
