Review on Carbide Surfacing Cutting Tools for Flattening Spoilboards by Darth Naubert

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very impressive cutter, very sharp, cuts cleanly and quickly, good value for money

Failed to load media. I plan to use it to level small live edge panels with a home made guide gauge for my hand router. I'm still building the mount and waiting for the panels to dry. For now I put this bit in the router table just to make some test cuts. It worked surprisingly well. It is very hard. It easily cuts through multiple pieces of mahogany. Literally on the first pass (shown in the video) I thought I had the bit set too low and it wasn't going to cut. Almost no resistance. The profile was very even and flawless. Even on deeper cuts, it was smooth and efficient. I also like the small plastic storage box with labels so I can quickly find what I need. The racket seems to be very well made, good material, inexpensive. I have inspected it carefully for defects and found none. I'm very impressed with this beat. Can't wait to get it working on my stove tops.
