Review on PDS MDsuite EHR by Marc Hawkins

I am so glad we made this switch from our old system! The speed at which it functions has been amazing!! It's not always as easy when using multiple programs but once in awhile there are glitches or questions arise where they may need some help - however helpful their reps can be over email/phone call (this happened right away!). This would probably only bother me if i didnt know how smartly designed these guys were behind every part they build :) So far my experience working within healthcare world seems great especially because its such an "old school" way back when compared today. No problems yet other than what could come up by knowing more about everything involved haha.. Overall very satisfied :). The ability to update the patient information in real time without having to go back and forth between two different programs. I like being able to see the progress of my patients at one glance. It would be nice to be able to see what tests they've had done or medications prescribed, but it's not a big deal. It's easy to use and very user friendly! I like how quickly I can get all the information I need from the database.
