Review on pCare by Jacob Diego

The best thing about this system is its ease for my staff to use in their jobs. The software has been updated so many times it could be confusing at first but I am confident they will get used to using it soon. We are able to easily access our files from multiple places including home computers or tablets. This helps us keep all information up-to date in one place instead of having to go back and forth between different locations. As we receive reports directly through this app I have found less paperwork being necessary which saves time and money. There isn't much I dislike about this program as everything gets done efficiently when needed. Having all file management within one location allows me to look things over more quickly than going offsite. I'm able to give accurate documentation of what was provided by each provider without double checking other records. I don’t feel like I need to call them every single day now for billing questions.
