Elegant simplicity with excellent customer service

The best thing about this system is its ease for my staff to use in their jobs. The software has been updated so many times it could be confusing at first but I am confident they will get used to using it soon. We are able to easily access our files from multiple places including home computers or tablets. This helps us keep all information up-to date in one place instead of having to go back and forth between different locations. As we receive reports directly through this app I have found…

Fast, accurate and intuitive reporting that is quick-to implement

The ease in which I was able to customize my own dashboard for Parexel's product; it has enabled us quickly create dashboards as well as have them update more often than we may be used to from other products out there. They recently added some features where you could create forms within their system rather than use our preferred tool - but this feature requires additional integration efforts beyond their capabilities at this time since they don't support custom development yet so we are…

Not entirely satisfied, but there is room at least

I like how customizable they are. They can be used for any type of organization or business. They were super helpful when we first started using them! I don't like how it takes time to get things set up and running properly. The help desk isn't always very knowledgeable about the system either. Make sure you have someone who knows the software system well in order to make the most out of their services. We needed help setting up our email addresses so we could use them as reminders.
