Review on pCare by Chris Anderson

I like how customizable they are. They can be used for any type of organization or business. They were super helpful when we first started using them! I don't like how it takes time to get things set up and running properly. The help desk isn't always very knowledgeable about the system either. Make sure you have someone who knows the software system well in order to make the most out of their services. We needed help setting up our email addresses so we could use them as reminders. We didn't realize that we would need to pay extra for this service.
