I like that it is easy to use and navigate through the system. It's intuitively simple for employees who are new to the program but also has features to help more experienced users make better decisions about how they're using their time at work. The customer service team is great! They've been very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. Nothing really - other than maybe needing some training in areas of interest which were not obvious from reading the manual. We realized that this was an area we needed to improve upon so we went back to our CSR rep and asked them what else could be done to assist us in learning the software quicker. Their response was excellent. They helped us learn all aspects of the product quickly and easily.
