This is an excellent magnetic protractor with several design flaws. #1. Worst design flaw. The magnet fell off the bottom while I was filming a product review. The double-sided tape securing the magnet didn't stick very well. #2 Magnets could be a bit stronger. A small bump makes this case light when attached to something on the side. That's how my magnet fell off. I hit it with my fingertips and it fell off and the magnet immediately popped out. #3 This is an offer. Personally, I'd like to get rid of the adjustable marker and move the degree indicators further to make them easier to read. They're legible, but since they're closer to the center, the heading is legible if you're trying to get the exact numbers. With all that has been said. I think #1 is the only reason I didn't give this book 5 stars. Aside from the double tape issue, this is very well done and reads accurately. The pendulum doesn't swing back and forth for a while either. It takes a split second to reach the marker and stay there. Other lost cost timers like this one tend to oscillate back and forth for a long time. This is a good way to waste time when you're acting. For cost reasons I will not return it. It's not worth my time and effort. It would be nice if they fix the magnet issue and send me another one.
