Oriya Organics Shine Organic Plant-Based Protein Powder is an interesting plant-based protein powder with 21g of protein per serving, with all of the protein coming from 7 different plants. I prefer plant-based protein powders, I don't like dairy-based protein powders. I also avoid plant-based soy protein powders. This protein powder contains no soy. The first protein ingredient listed on the ingredient list is "pea protein." It's also an unflavored protein powder, so you'll probably want to add it to a smoothie/shake that has some flavor. However, this plant-based protein powder is a bit pricey as each pack only comes with 10 servings, with 21g of protein per 31g serving. Each serving also contains 110 calories. There is one scoop in the package and the serving size is "2 scoops". I don't think a measuring spoon is a reliable measure, so I use a scale. This protein powder blended well with my shake/smoothie that contains other ingredients. I always add plant-based protein of one kind or another. Overall I had no problems with this protein powder, it mixes well with other ingredients in shakes/smoothies and my stomach took it well. However, the pack is a bit small, containing only 10 21g servings of plant-based protein.
