Slightly pricey - hand tool

I wish Wicked Edge would stop changing models. Wicked edge stones are expensive, but after 55 years of trying to find the best knife sharpener, I'm 95% there. The glass roller is an art to use, but you'll be razor sharp with it. Once you know that a consistent bevel/knife angle is critical, the results repeat themselves. I leave everything at 20 degrees. In this way, a precise, repeatable edge can be produced in minutes. Retouch in minutes.
