I've never heard of stainless steel "rusting"; but their packaging (which we JUST received) specifically states: *Wash immediately after use to avoid corrosion from salt or sauce residue. * Do not immerse the cutlery set in water for a long time because of its durability. * Wipe the cutlery set dry. Store in a cool, dry place immediately after washing. * Do not use steel wool, dishwashing sponges or sharp objects to avoid scratching. Let's see how they hold up! It has better reviews than most.
