I googled and it seems to be a general problem
The only problem is that the mouthpiece flows from the top. After each sip, you need to make a habit of biting or squeezing it to get air into the mouthpiece. Otherwise, after 3 minutes, a jet of water will flow from above. I googled it and it looks like a common problem :/ Shame because it's still a really great water bottle. Very sweet and it makes me drink more water every day.
