Well done, very efficient, good quality stainless; super for fishing small bits from large batches of liquid. Wonton, for example. Or the bay leaves from soup. The pierced bowls are very helpful indeed. There is a smaller version, which is ideal for fishing olives / pickles / pickled herring etc. from jars where the desired item is surrounded by liquid. Since I only need one of each item, the other goes in the "Christmas stocking stuffer" drawer.
- Nothing to complain about. Works great.
- The relatively long length of these tongs may make them difficult to store compactly in smaller kitchen spaces, or to maneuver accurately when attempting to pick up smaller food items
