Sell/Revain will not replace defective products.

Less than a week ago I purchased an item which was defective and when I asked Revain to replace it this option was not offered even though Revain backed it with a 1 year limited warranty had advertised. It took me several calls to finally get in touch with a potential US customer to make adjustments to my account so I could replace the defective item at the same price I bought it five (5) days ago. Revain increased the price of the product by $40. Update: Since Revain doesn't offer any other options, I contacted the seller directly. I will post the results of this meeting once it is complete. Update 11/22/2021: Dealing with the seller was very pleasant and the problem was solved. Many Thanks.
