Review on Inkbird ITC-106VH - Fahrenheit and Centigrade PID Temperature Thermostat Controllers for Sous Vide, Home Brewing, Oven, Incubator (AC 100-240V) by Matt Kim

They are very accurate and hold the temperature very well for many hours of use. No temperature slip, even if the device heats up in the control panel. I bought them after having many problems with the MYPIN brand. They get very hot and over time experience jumps in temperature - 1-2 degrees per hour. MAIPIN is terrible. Inkbirb's PIDs are excellent! I am very happy now! I use them for home brewing in an electric panel I built. After a full day of grain cooking (about 8 hours), they stay accurate throughout the day. They also remain accurate over a 100 degree temperature range - from 80 to 180. Outside the 100 degree range the error can be 1 degree, but this is acceptable for home brewing. MYPIN had a 5 degree discrepancy in the 100 degree range, which is unacceptable for home brewing.
