Do not buy from Planet Cyclery. When I received the item, the item was used and damaged, not to mention missing parts. First, they gave me a discount on the condition that I could buy the part from the manufacturer. With all the hassle of getting a part from the manufacturer and my return window was closed, I had no choice but to return my purchase to Planet Cyclery. Planet Cyclery has informed me that they do not have a replacement for my order and therefore I have decided to keep the order for damaged/used and missing parts. But when I had no choice but to return the item, their website showed that they had another "new" item in stock. I called customer service to see if they would fulfill their original order for that particular item, they said no. They will do nothing to correct the error. They simply said they couldn't give customer satisfaction discounts as it would be a new order. It's just not right. They generally don't admit their guilt and poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM PLANET CYCLERY!
