I have a job that I am on my feet all day. I walk close to 10,000 steps a day. At the end of the day my feet are killing me. I've tried different shoes and inserts and that helped some. I came across these easy feet insoles and I immediately felt the difference when wearing them. I did not have to trim them they fit my shoes just fine. They give my feet support and the arch feels good. Not too high or low, just right. I've been using them for a little over a week and can tell the difference, my dogs aren't barking at the end of a long day! Definitely recommend!
