This was my first embroidery thread collection purchase so there may be better products available but I've found these threads to be of good quality and the colors are wonderful. Prior to purchase I read negative reviews concerning the quality of the spools and/or how they are wound but I haven't experienced any trouble with this. Many of the patterns I've stitched out on my new Brother SE400 require multiple thread changes - around 8 to 12 on some of the ones from Urban Threads - and I had no problems with un-spooling or tangles. My only complaint is that the colors in the photograph are too dissimilar from the actual product. They are prettier in real life but it's difficult to choose sets prior to purchase because the product photos are too inaccurate.
