This product does not work with LiFeP04 batteries. I called support about the inverter disconnecting the BMS battery and they replaced it. I told them it was a LiFeP04 battery but the rep said nothing. A few months after this disaster I read on the forums that Wagan inverters are not compatible with LiFeP04 batteries. This is the second inverter I've bought from this company and if they can't fix it I can't recommend their product. Wagan wrote: Question: Why doesn't this inverter work with lithium iron phosphate batteries? Can't you just plug the wires into the terminals and get started? Answer: The reason we say it is not compatible is mainly because of the different voltage characteristics when the battery is discharged. Our inverter is configured for 15V high voltage alarm and 10.5V low voltage alarm. These conditions may not be ideal for lithium iron phosphate batteries. Your lithium batteries may be completely discharged before the alarm goes off. read lessFrom Wagan Customer Service MANUFACTURER
